Designing Your X-Factor

The X-Factor workshop is tailored towards 3rd and 4th year University and College students. These workshops help bridge the gap between Gen-X upper management and the Gen-Z’s entering the workforce. It’s about creating harmony among the generations to optimize results by effectively collaborating and honing in on each other’s strengths.

Most importantly, the program is creatively designed to help students succeed post-graduation by giving them the toolbox they need to transition from backpack to briefcase.

The X-Factor series is unlike any other workshop as it aims to inform, enlighten and help students build a strong personal brand.

I pretty much teach them what’s not in your standard textbook and prepare them for the “real world”.
